RETURN POLICY

Blue Gold for Life, Inc. reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your product(s)*. Defective products or damages from shipping are eligible for credit or replacement within 10 days of delivery. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at Blue Gold for Life's expense.

Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item minus a $5 restocking fee. Please contact Blue Gold for Lifee for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages must have RA number written visibly on the shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. Please return all items in the original packaging. Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns for credit.

All nondefective returns will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include original packaging material, all documentation, i.e. manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Blue Gold for Life may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Customer agrees to bear all shipping fees for returned merchandise with the exception of defective merchandise. Blue Gold for Life will not refund the original shipping fees.
